Monthly Operations Audit
Structured monthly review of your operational systems. Bottleneck identification, workflow analysis, and written recommendations every month.

Monthly Financial Snapshot Review
P&L review, cash position analysis, and margin breakdown by product or service line. COO-level financial intelligence, not bookkeeping.

SOP Development
One Standard Operating Procedure built or refined each month. Knowledge that lives in your head gets moved onto a page your team can follow.

Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
A structured 60-minute deep-dive each quarter. Previous quarter review, forward 90-day planning, and written QBR summary.

CAPACITY

COO on Demand is limited to 12 active clients at any time. Enrollment is subject to availability.

YOUR COMMITMENT OPTIONS

Month-to-Month $3,500/month. A one-time $997 onboarding fee applies to cover your initial site audit, financial baseline, and priority setup session. Cancel with 30 days notice after your first month.

6-Month Commitment $3,000/month billed monthly, or $17,997 paid in full. The onboarding fee is waived. Saving $3,003 versus month-to-month over the same period.

12-Month Commitment $2,500/month billed monthly, or $29,997 paid in full. The onboarding fee is waived. Saving $12,003 versus month-to-month over the same period.

All commitment levels include the full service stack from day one. No features are held back for longer commitments. The discount reflects the commitment, not the access.

FOUNDING COHORT PRICING

The first 8 clients who enroll on a 6-month or 12-month commitment lock in their rate for the full duration of their initial term. If standard pricing increases after launch, founding cohort clients are protected at their enrollment rate.
